Institutions and programs subscribing to THCI's Online Learning
Campus enroll their new users by name and email address. These
users are then sent emails (from support@thci.org) with their
username and temporary password.
If you were enrolled and you know the email address that was entered,
then you can return to the Campus Log In page and ask to have the password emailed to you.
If you do not receive a reply (from support@thci.org), or you need to confirm your enrollment
status and email address, then please contact either
your program director / coordinator or THCI technical support
at support@thci.org.
You may also call THCI at 617-636-1000 between the hours of 8:30 –
5:30 p.m. Please include your name, institution, and program.
We will notify you once we have confirmed your enrollment.
